2. It's of Minced meat.
3. Prepare of Blended pepper and onions.
4. It's of Grated carrots.
5. You need of Boiled peas.

Mini Shepherds Pie instructions

1. Add oil in a frying pan on medium heat..
2. Add minced meat, blended pepper and onions. Change heat to low..
3. Season mashed potatoes (optional), just a personal preference..
4. Add your preferred seasoning and spices. Add carrots and boiled peas, stir and cook for a few minutes..
5. Layer the minced meat mixture on bottom of your pan, layer mashed potatoes over it..
