Ingredients of Mango Trifle

  1. Prepare of Rafhan custard.
  2. You need of Rafhan jelly.
  3. Prepare of Olper cream.
  4. Prepare 5 tbsp of Sugar.
  5. You need 1 cup of Mango chunks.
  6. You need of Cake cubes cut.
  7. Prepare 2 cups of Milk.
  8. Prepare 1 cup of Water.

Mango Trifle step by step

  1. Boil two cups of water in a saucepan.
  2. Empty all the contents of the packet into boiling water stir till dissolved.
  3. Pour the Mixture into a mould and allowed to cool at room temperature and then put it in the refrigerator for setting.
  4. Now separate Jelly from sides of mould using knife gently shake and invert mould carefully over serving dish.
  5. Add 2 tbsp of rafhan custard powder in half cup of milk and make a paste.
  6. Mix 4 tablespoon of sugar in 2 cups milk and bring to boil.
  7. Add custard paste to boiling milk and cook while stirming and till texture is thick and smooth then refrigerate.
  8. Beat the cream until smooth.
  9. Take a serving dish Firstly spread custard add cake cubes and mango chunks 2nd spread the jelly and at last spread the beat cream.
