Ingredients of Yorkshire Pudding

  1. You need 20 of eggs.
  2. You need 700 g of Plain Flour.
  3. It's 1 Ltr of Milk.
  4. Prepare 10 g of Salt.

Yorkshire Pudding step by step

  1. Put muffin tray or suitable Yorkshire pudding tray in the oven with 5mm oil in the bottom of the moulds place in over at 180oC for 5 minutes.
  2. Whisk all ingredients together and then pass through a sieve.
  3. Remove hot tray from the oven and half fill the moulds with the mix. Return tray to the oven and cook for 20 minutes.
  4. Remove from oven and from tray use or freeze.
