Ingredients of Yorkshire Pudding
- You need 20 of eggs.
- You need 700 g of Plain Flour.
- It's 1 Ltr of Milk.
- Prepare 10 g of Salt.
Yorkshire Pudding step by step
- Put muffin tray or suitable Yorkshire pudding tray in the oven with 5mm oil in the bottom of the moulds place in over at 180oC for 5 minutes.
- Whisk all ingredients together and then pass through a sieve.
- Remove hot tray from the oven and half fill the moulds with the mix. Return tray to the oven and cook for 20 minutes.
- Remove from oven and from tray use or freeze.
