- Prepare 1/4 cup of saffron milk.
- It's 1/2 cup of paneer (I have used home made).
- You need 1 tbspn of custard powder.
- You need 250 gm of condense milk (add more or less as per taste).
- It's 1 of tspn elaich powder.
- You need 1 tbspn of ghee.
- It's of Pista or any dryfruits of your choice.

- In a mixer jar grind paneer, condense milk, elaich powder half of saffron milk into a smooth paste...
- In a pan heat ghee than add the paste.. In the same mixer jar grind the remaining milk with custard powder and add the in paste and mix well...
- Cook continuously till it start leaving the pan than transfer it into a greased plate and cool it to room temperature..
- Once cooled make a smooth and soft dough.. Grease your hand with ghee and take small small portion and make ladoo shape garnish it with kesar and pista or any dryfruits of your choice...
