- In a pan take milk and heat it on medium heat.When cream begins to gather, stir well.Mix the cream well with milk..
- Repeat this procedure until milk is reduced to half of its quantity. When milk reduces to half, add sugar & cardamom powder and mix well..
- Cook for another 15 minutes.Turn off the flame and allow it to cool..
- Meanwhile, Extract pulp from custard apple & keep it in a bowl.(pluck out the seeds with the help of fork).
- After 10 minutes, add custard apple pulp to the milk and mix well.Transfer the basundi to a bowl and Refrigerate it for an hour..
- You can garnish basundi with dry fruits or saffron too as per your taste..
