  4. You need 2 tbls of Fresh Rosemary sprigs.

  1. Have your lamb ready.
  2. Crush the Garlic then in a pot add the extra virgin olive oil and mix together.
  3. Add the sprigs to the underside of the lamb and the top skin side..
  4. Then with a basting brush add the garlic in oil all over the lamb underneath too..
  5. Next cook in the oven 170°C for 1 hour then 10 minutes 190°C to crisp a little or cook in bake and roast in a Ninja cooker for 55- 65 minutes on 175°C.
  6. Leave to settle for 10 minutes covered in foil. Then carve and serve with whatever you want..
