- Prepare Block of Butter.
- It's of Cold water.
- Prepare of Plain Flour.
- It's of Eggs.
- You need of Eggs for egg yolks.
- It's of Caster Sugar.
- Prepare of Milk.
- You need of Cornflour and Plain Flour.
- It's of Flaked Almonds.
- You need of Berries for garnish.

- Need too make a rue in a saucepan - add cold water,small cube's of butter,make hot and boiling - then add the Plain Flour - stir too form a ball of dough - then add a few raw whole hen eggs - keep mixing until it seems right..
- Put loosened dough into a piping bag - draw a couple of circles on the back of Baking Parchment - place on Baking Tray - pipe a ring of dough around the circles and then push some Flaked Almonds over the top and bake in the oven at 180 Oc (think that is Gas Mark 6 ?)..
- Make a homemade custard as usual - and then,need too make it a lot thicker - by adding Cornflour and Plain Flour - is important too cook this out.Once cooled,store in the Fridge..
- Serve all of it cold - need too cut the rings of pastry - in half - through the middle - with a long sharp Knife,add the thick cold custard too the middle bits and maybe add a few Berries around the side - within the thick cold custard - done..
