- Prepare of custard ingredients.
- Prepare 1 cup of Milk.
- It's 2 tsp. of Custard Powder.
- You need 1 tsp. of Sugar.
- You need 1/4 cup of Water.
- You need of custard finesse ingredients.
- You need 200-250 gm of Ghevar or any similar sweet.
- It's as required of Crushed dryfruits for garnishing.
- Prepare as per taste of Optional - Choco Chips (usually overlaps all tastes).

- Boil the milk on low flame. Meanwhile, mix the custard powder in the water in a bowl. Keep mixing every minute so it doesn’t settle down or make lumps..
- Once the milk starts to boil, slowly pour this custard mix in parts and mix so it doesn’t cause lumps..
- Turn the stove off after 2-3 mins and let it cool down completely - usually takes 30 mins..
- Prepare 5-6 small dessert bowls..
