- Prepare of Vegetable Oil with Pork Lard or just Vegetable Oil.

- Preheat the oven to Gas Mark 5,or 6,heat Vegetable Oil up in the Skillet,clean out the inside and outside of the whole chicken under a running cold tap,place the top of the chicken in the hot Vegetable Oil first and then rest it on the other side,place lots of Sea Salt over the top of the oiled chicken skin and then sprinkle plenty of Ground Black Pepper over the top as well..
