- It's 500 g of minced beef.

- It's 1 tsp of tomato paste or tomato ketchup.
- It's of Masshed potoates (white or purple vitelotte).
- Prepare 50 g of cheddar cheese.
- Prepare 1-2 cloves of garlic.

- Chop the onions, carrots and celery into small squares and sweat them on a low heat for around 20 minutes. Add the garlic to sweat for a few minutes near the end..
