- Prepare 1 of Muffin.
- Prepare 1 of Large Egg.
- You need 1 of Ripe Avocado.
- You need 1 tsp of cider vinegar.
- You need of Salt + Pepper to season.

- Add boiling water to the saucepan add to the heat and add the cider vinegar bring to boil.
- Slice open the Muffin and add it to the toaster to toast lightly.
- Butter the Muffin and add the cheese slice to the bottom Muffin then add the Soft Avocado on top add seasoning.
- Next add the egg to the water but first using a whisk, whisk the water in a round motion when it settles crack the egg gently and add it. (the cider vinegar and whisking the water helps to keep the white part of the egg together and not break off too much.).
- Boil for 1 minute spooning the boiling water over the yolk part a couple of times take off and add on top of the Avocado. Or if you like the yolk we'll done leave for near 2 minutes..
- Take out the Egg with a slotted spoon and add to the Top of the Avocado add the Top Muffin and eat this with a knife and fork its a little messy with the soft yolk.. Serve and Enjoy.
