- You need 1 tablespoon of salt.
- You need 1 tablespoon of black pepper.
- Prepare 1 tea spoon of sugar.

- Mix all the spices and seasoning together in a bowl.
- Using spice mix season the meat of the pork throughly. And dry the skin, put onto a plate or tray and leave in the fridge to dry the skin out more over night or 24+ hours.
- Place the pork in to the air fry and cook for 30mins at 150c.
- After 30mins increase the temperature to 200c and cook for a further 25 mins. Once cooked leave to rest for 20-30 mins and you are ready cut season with a little more salt and serve.
