- It's 100 g of bread crumbs.
- You need 9 of eggs.
- It's 800 g of sausage meat.
- It's 50 g of plain flour.

- Boil water in a pan..
- Once boiling add 8 eggs for exactly 7 and half minutes..
- Place eggs straight into cold water and allow to cool..
- Peel all the eggs and set aside..
- Get three bowls one for each the flour, crumbs and beat the last egg in one. Place a blank piece of cling film to the side of them..
- Split the meat into 8 even balls..
- Take an egg and dip it in flour..
- Take the meat and flatten it with your hands..
- Put the egg in the centre and cover pinching until there are no gaps..

- Repeat for all..
- Heat oil in a pan on high. Place them in until golden brown. Leave on kitchen roll to dry..
