- Prepare 1 1/2 cup of All-purpose flour.
- Prepare 1 tsp. of Baking powder.
- Prepare 1/4 tsp. of Salt.
- Prepare 1 tsp. of Matcha powder.
- It's 1/4 cup of Calamansi juice.
- You need 1/4 cup of Milk.
- It's 1/2 cup of Butter, room temperature.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of White sugar.
- It's 1/2 cup of Brown sugar.
- It's 2 of ps. Eggs.
- It's of Calamansi rind, grated from 10 calamansi.
Calamansi Matcha Muffin instructions
- Preheat oven at 350°F.
- Sift flour & baking powder..
- Combine with salt & matcha powder, set aside.
- In a separate bowl hisk butter & milk, before adding egg.
- Once egg is combined thoroughly add milk and calamansi juice. Mix.
- Add dry ingredients and calamsi rind. Mix but do not over mix the batter.
- Pour mixture in a prepared muffin pan.
- Baked for 20 to 23 minutes.
